WHO WE ARE

Bill Coleman & Cezary Sosidko are the owners of “ColeZar Flood Protection, LLC”, a Flood Mitigation Company with a “Patent” known as “Flood Guardian”. The basic principle of our Patent is to provide a stackable barrier system, designed to protect homes and commercial buildings against rising waters and flash flooding.

 Company Overview: 

Being in the “Flood Mitigation” industry for years and seeing firsthand the hardships and destruction flooding can cause, “Flood Guardian” was an obvious solution. Also, unlike other flood protection companies that have a 12 to 16 week delivery timeframe, our company’s goal, along with our In-House production team, are committed to expedite every basic approved order within weeks, not months. Just remember this when purchasing “Flood Guardian”, it’s a re-usable system and a first line of defense against devastating storms that often cause tens of thousands of dollars in water damage, and months of rebuilding. The most rewarding feedbacks we receive from our customers are, Flood Guardian is an investment, and most importantly, peace of mind when storms threaten… 

Ground water infiltrating through your floor or foundations, pipes like exterior faucets, electric conduits, or gas lines that penetrate exterior walls which aren't properly sealed, caulking around doors and windows, and the dreaded sewer backups. Now here are two additional measures, which involve a substantial investment, but will achieve maximum results. The first is the installation of a French Drain with one or several sump pumps, making sure they also have a battery backup just in case power is lost. Secondly you may also want to consider having a licensed plumber install a "Back-Flow-Preventer, addressing your raw sewer issue. Remember, nothing is 100%, but the best defense is always a good offence.
